Only select this if you are making a custom design with us (if we have already created it for you than don't worry about adding this to your cart).  All you have to do is send in a high quality picture with good contrast to us via email and we will be in constant communication with you getting you your perfect custom item!  Please remember that this is only a design for you to obtain your artwork and is not going on a shirt, mug, hat, or bag.  This is a one time fee per design :)
